It is a hybrid building designed for its occupants. Young, nomadic, free, and yet demanding. Sociable and committed to the community.
The whole thing is integrated into a wider ecosystem of services and leisure activities (concierge, dry cleaning, entertainment, cleaning services, room service, etc.). THE BABEL COMMUNITY will open 25 buildings in Europe by 2025.

The environmental impact of the buildings we build and operate is at the heart of our thinking. BREEAM certified from the outset, our buildings are also designed to be energy efficient: state-of-the-art building management systems, simple and efficient home automation, smart meters, electric vehicle terminals, etc. It's good for the planet. It's good for our customers' budget. In short, it's good².
Fighting loneliness is one of the main challenges of our big cities. Our customers are looking for a place to gather. Places designed for sharing. For meeting people. So our buildings are full of common spaces: gyms, film clubs, restaurants, coworking spaces... Being able to live, (tele)work, meet and share in the same place is unprecedented and a success.
We started by drawing the most beautiful room. The bathroom of our dreams. Then the most convivial living room possible. And little by little, our home was born! One thing guides us: comfort, ergonomics, in short the customer experience. Lots of storage space, a fully equipped kitchen, a designer gym, a friendly restaurant... Everything is adapted to today's life!
For more than 15 years, we have been imagining the housing of tomorrow. A home that is ready to live in, ultra-comfortable, connected and still very affordable. This housing must be part of a sustainable, welcoming, festive and collective building. A building where private space is as well cared for as the common spaces are multiple and designed for meetings.
It is for all these reasons that the team places the end user at the heart of the concerns of each of its projects. A passionate team. Complementary A team that talks to each other. Everyday.
Led by its two co-founders since 2004, Matthieu Brugières and Benoit Jobert, this team, which comes from a variety of backgrounds (industry, construction, large hotel groups, etc.) and complementary training (design, finance, real estate, law, etc.), has been growing each year with the arrival of new members. The best talents motivated by an ambitious project: writing the housing of tomorrow. And build it today.
