The gateway to the Résidence, the restaurant welcomes you in a warm atmosphere, with a large terrace where it’s pleasant to meet.
Our cuisine is based on fresh, seasonal produce, enhanced by a charcoal oven that makes all the difference!
At lunchtime, you’ll find a tasty and generous selection of dishes, perfect for a lunch break with colleagues or neighbors. In the evening, theconvivial atmosphere continues with plates to share and tasty dishes to enjoy with friends.

Right in the heart of Villeneuve-d’Ascq, in the dynamic Les Prés district, the residence boasts an ideal location. Just 400m on foot from the metro, Lille’ s hypercentre is less than 10 minutes away. Boosted by the presence of numerous corporate headquarters, the district is also a strategic crossroads, close to major roads and motorways, offering optimal accessibility. From the residence, it’s less than 2 minutes’ walk to all the shops: bakery, pharmacy, micro-crèche and even a local & Zero Waste Drive! When it comes to leisure activities, the neighborhood is full of them: golf, indoor multi-activity park, climbing gym… Something for everyone. Culture lovers? Electric bike rental in Grenoble
The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).
Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.
Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
