You can book and pay for your meeting room online directly on our website, by going to the page of the room of your choice. It’s never been easier to get together!

Each reservation includes the provision of an equipped meeting room (smart TV, video-conference, paperboard, etc.) and a set-up according to your needs (theatre, U-shaped, conference, etc.).

All reservations include one or more gourmet breaks, depending on the length of the rental period! Of course, you can also book a sit-down lunch in the restaurant or one of our famous stand-up cocktail parties in advance.

The different areas of our residences (meeting rooms, etc.) can be privatised or semi-privatised for video shoots, photo shoots and even showrooms!

Interested in shooting a film? Make a request via our contact form at the top of the page, being as exhaustive as possible. Once the request has been validated, our team will get back to you with a proposal according to the type of request.

Please note that without minimum rental spending, shootings cannot take place during our restaurants’ opening hours or at weekends. You can also come and see the site on site, or take a virtual tour.

Do you need more space? In addition to renting meeting rooms, we offer you the possibility of privatizing – in whole or in part – the residence’s restaurant to organize all your events. We’ll provide you with a catering service tailored to your needs!

You were only looking forward to making your presentation in our room and for various reasons your collaborators will not be present… Don’t worry, you can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your event, and schedule it again subject to availability and within one year after the event.

Free electric shuttle service

We provide our customers with a free electric shuttle that picks you up on request at the docks and drops you off in less than 3 minutes in front of our residence.

Opening hours:
– Monday to Friday > 8h – 9h30 / 12h – 15h / 17h30 – 22h30
– Saturday > 12h – 15h / 19h – 22h30
– Sunday > 12h – 15h

Electric bike rental in Grenoble

The GRENOBLE metropolitan area offers bicycles for hire by the day or by the month (maximum 4 months).

Monthly rates (including maintenance): from €27 (€15 for under-25s) for a classic electric bike to €40 (€22/month for under-25s). We strongly recommend the VAE Montagne model.

Book your bike before you arrive and collect it directly from Grenoble station (open 7/7).
